Breathing and Meditation are integral aspects of our daily lives.

They are integral the Polarity Therapy sessions we provide.

They are integral to our Polarity Therapy training.

We use a range of breathing techniques to support meditation but also breathing just for its own benefits.

We discuss and practise Mindfulness techniques.

Chris has been using a range of meditation techniques since 1971. These include various approaches from the Hindu traditions including Siddha Yoga & Himalayan Yoga; Vietnamese and Thai Buddhist traditions; Zen and Western esoteric traditions.

Meditation is a process designed to find the wisdom within stillness, strengthen our consciousness through cognitive awareness and quieten and manage internal dialogue. Meditation connects us with our inner being or awareness. The meditative state can also be used to guide our intentions in a very powerful manner. I provide guidance in a range of meditation techniques to suit the experience and intentions of the user.
