Overview of the Retreats

We combine these understandings and beliefs with the healing therapies we provide during the retreats. Also included are simple practices and routines that balance and strengthen our life energies. All together these elements provide a retreat experience in which each participant experiences personal growth and healing and a greater awareness about what is needed to continue on a pathway of health and well-being.

We are now offering Retreats here at Manyana. Our healthy home cooking, friendly ambience and relaxing natural therapies combine with the natural bush setting and beautiful nearby ocean to provide complete rest and rejuvenation. Each retreat has different emphases-

The Health and Harmony Retreats are designed to help busy people let their stress go and focus on restoring some balance into their daily lives.

The Sanctuary Retreats are especially designed for people who may be experiencing health, emotional or other significant personal challenges.
