SelfWise Retreats provide an opportunity for you to enjoy a healthier life.

We have relocated to St Helens on the NE coast of Tassie.

Same beautiful air free of pollution, beautiful ocean beaches nearby and surrounded by the natural unspoilt flora and fauna wonders of Tasmania. Bay of Fires and Freycinet Peninsula are part of our local area.

SelfWise Retreat daily activities include:

Individual Relaxation sessions – you may want a relaxing body massage, foot reflexology, energy balancing or neck and back massage. We will help you decide what may be best for your health.

Group Sessions – these sessions are to show you how to build better health, manage stress, practise Mindfulness, enjoy quiet meditation and support each other. Easy, gentle and light-hearted is our approach.

SelfWise exercises – these are gentle stretches, movements and exercises that everyone can do. They are health building and easy and fun.

Natural Nutrition – eating and drinking should be enjoyable and health building. We will share how to grow your own nutritious food source. We will discuss how our eating and drinking habits, combined with our food choices build good health.

Optional Activities – do nothing! Read. Walk in the bush.

You can negotiate with us exactly how you want to spend you time.
