Syntivity is dynamic. The meaning and experience is constantly evolving. Mindfulness is a fundamental aspect of Syntivity. Mindfulness in breathing, eating, sleeping – all aspects of our being. Our emotions and the feelings that accompany them are signposts to guide our awareness and learning. Experiencing emotions and feelings are a wonderful aspect of our human-ness. We welcome our feelings and become aware of the experiences they provide.
