The next introduction to Polarity Therapy will be Polarity Therapy 1 training at Cooranbong, just north of Sydney. This course will be held from 9-14 October 2016. You will immersed in the Polarity experience for 6 days. We will be in a beautiful bush setting, enjoy great natural food, Tai Chi & Qi Gong, meditation, and Polarity yoga each day.
