I am heading to Arizona in a couple of days for the International Polarity Education Alliance gathering in Phoenix Arizona, 31 Oct – 3 November. I will be spending some time in a retreat centre in Sedona before and after the gathering.
Tai Chi & Qi Gong classes for Spring 2014 have started. I am teaching in Lovett Bay (Monday 8-9am), Newport (Monday 5.30-6.30pm) and on Scotland Island (Friday 10.30-11.30am).
