South Coast winter has been beautiful here at Manyana. We have enjoyed a steady stream of clients and visitors wanting to get away from stress and busy lives. Here at Manyana they have enjoyed healthy home cooking, rejuvenating natural therapies, daily Chi Gong and meditation and our restful ambience.

Manyana, February 2010

We have finally settled in the beautiful Manyana. The few months we spent in Fiji working at Paradise Resort, Taveuni Island has provided many happy memories and a great fondness for the Fijian people. Now at Manyana we will be developing Southern Oceans of Energy Natural Therapies Centre as a local resource. We will be providing therapy and training as well as offering Qi Gong and meditation. It will also be our base for developing and promoting Polarity Therapy training in Australasia. We will also be developing our SelfWise work both in the form of Retreats and as a publication.

Leaving Avalon for NSW South Coast and Fiji

October 2009 we are leaving Avalon for new residence on NSW South Coast at Manyana. This is about 4 hours easy drive south from Sydney – 40 minutes south of Nowra. In early November we are on the move again to commence work as General Managers at Paradise Resort, Taveuni Island FIJI. We will be providing Polarity Therapy and Polarity Therapy training at Paradise and providing our other therapy work. We will post more about this when the time comes.

From November 7-12 2008, we are providing a range of Inner Awareness activities at the beautiful Paradise Resort on Taveuni Is, Fiji. This is a special 5 day holiday package with a range of included Paradise Resort activities plus a range of inner awareness activities that Robbie and I provide: Qi Gong, meditation, guided reflection, “Noble Silence”, Polarity therapy, Cranio-Sacral balancing, Reflexology, Five Tibetans stretching and counselling. In May 2008, for several reasons Crystal Lodge closed. We have moved back to Avalon. Our new business here is called ‘Southern Oceans of Energy’. We are offering Polarity Therapy sessions and training and a range of bodywork modalities.

New moves for us coming up

December 23 ’06 – January 20 ’07 we are heading to Niseko Japan for some powder skiing.

January 20 – 30 we will be in France and UK.

February 1 – end of March we will be in Cork, Ireland studying advanced Polarity work with Morag Campbell and Phil Young. We will post from here and elsewhere as we move around.

April 2007 we will be moving to Crystal Lodge, Katoomba.
